We came on very short notice (30min) with a group of 20, and the owner just created a wonderful menu with cold cuts/cheese, grilled meat with delicious veal and a very good selection of wine! Highly recommended for authentic and delicious food in this region of Sardinia!

Posto all'estremità di Belvì che conduce ad Aritzo, offre un ottimo luogo dove poter pranzare o rilassarsi in un bel locale accogliente e con vista sui monti della Barbagia. Pietanze abbondanti e sopratutto di alta qualità, fra cui le eccellenti carni del territorio (su tutte il prosciutto locale). Cortesia e disponibilità nel servizio.

Abbiamo conosciuto questo locale tre anni fa e ci aveva colpito la genuinità della carne e l'ospitalità di Bachisio. Ci siamo tornati in queste vacanze con degli amici e le aspettative sono state abbondantemente superate: antipasti semplici ed eccellenti, carne della tradizione cucinata con maestria superlativa (abbiamo prenotato il montone qualche giorno prima), vino di qualità. Bachisio is not only an excellent innkeeper, but also an excellent expert on the region and its history. Eating here means enjoying local specialties immersed in an authentic and conscious atmosphere, surrounded by mountains and beautiful works of art. The roasted Sardinian sausage is delicious, a special mention for the potatoes, grown locally and cut thick for cooking, a completely different flavour. Everyone is welcoming and helpful with children. Truly a special place.

We often stop on our motorbike tours to eat in this characteristic Barbagia restaurant and we don't do it just for the convenience of having it in the middle of our routes. In fact I can say that I choose the routes as an excuse to stop here! From sandwiches to a full meal, I am truly satisfied every time. I remain it both for what I eat and for the kindness of the owner and his employees, but above all for the fact that my guests appreciate everything about the place! This last time there were 17 of us and we ate a spectacular polenta with wild boar meat and sausages accompanied by an excellent cannonau! Special mention also for the sebadas... among the best I've ever tasted! If you want so...

Ci fermiamo spesso coi nostri tour in moto a mangiare in questo caratteristico locale barbaricino e non lo facciamo solo per la comodità di averlo nel mezzo dei nostri percorsi. Anzi posso dire che scelgo i percorsi come scusa per potermi fermare qua! Dai panini al pasto completo, ogni volta rimango davvero soddisfatto. Lo rimango sia per quello che mangio e per la gentilezza del titolare e dei suoi dipendenti, ma soprattutto per il fatto che i miei ospiti apprezzano tutto del locale! Quest'ultima volta eravamo in 17 e abbiamo mangiato una spettacolare polenta con carne di cinghiale e delle salsicce accompagnate da un ottimo cannonau!
