Barnards - Menu

First time here. Not the cheapest but certainly worth it. Lovely staff and delicious food

I had a great breakfast with friends today. Good food served by friendly staff. EXCELLENT

the first time in barnards and a happy experience. the food was above average price, but was cooked to perfection and the staff was helpful and friendly. a few pieces of to house made cake to take away and enjoyed a lot. View menu

tasty speck, brie and cranberry panini. my friend also enjoyed a tuna melt panini. why not cost 5*? £22 for two paninis, a small peroni and a limonade. Also because I am smokey, there were many fats on my speck. but a good 4*. would go back.

Another visit to Barnard's today. While there we sampled the #Vegan breakfast wrap which was apparently delicious (think it had falafel avocados peppers lettuce vegan chili mayonnaise) and also a couple of Cream Teas. All seating outside, staff wearing PPE, tables sanitised after use, contactless payments. Delicious.

However, I was disappointed that the prices were a bit high - £22 for two paninis, a small Peroni, and a lemonade. Additionally, my speck was a bit too fatty for my liking. we just had a delicious lunch in barnards. we have been living in a distance for 6 months and have received meaning in order to enter, and we have certainly not been despised. the restaurant is cozy and has a beautiful view of the church denmead with a beautiful seating area also from the back. we had the fish and chips and the bark meat cakes that were super delicious with excellent fresh vegetables. I also had a locally roasted ale that was also great. the staff was also very polite. we will definitely come back.

Four of us went to Barnards for breakfast. This was my first time visiting, so I checked the breakfast menu online beforehand. It quickly became apparent that this was not the most affordable option in the area. However, when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the full English breakfast, which was a generous portion, beautifully presented, and served piping hot. Although I don't think I will make it a regular stop due to the prices, I believe it was worth the money. I would recommend this restaurant to others.

Went to Barnards for brunch. We hadn't booked but they were able to accommodate us. I would think booking would be better as for a Friday late morning it was pretty full! We both had a full English all really nicely cooked, hot and delicious! Coffee and Tea were good. All was reasonably priced for a village restaurant. The breakfast offer was varied, they also seemed to have a good selection of cake and I think I spotted a vegan option or two. Lovely place (perhaps a tad dated, but I think the popularity/food speaks volumes more than the decor) with indoor and outdoor seating. Nicely distanced tables and great service! Or takeaway if preferred. We will definitely go again! View menu
