We're 2 couples biking Basel-Budapest on the EV6. This was the best dinner we've had so far. Good salads, soups, veggies, and they raise cattle and also offer wild venison. Very reasonably priced.

Wir waren heute mit einer Gruppe da wir fanden es da wo wir gessen haben zu kalt so das wir mit jacken sitzen mussten manche waren zufrieden mit ihrem Essen manche ebend nicht wir müssen da auch nicht noch mal hin und mehr möchte ich auch dazu nicht mehr sagen

This hotel is located in the village outside of Sigmaringen. The hotel has large rooms that are simpy furnished and well kept. The owners are a delightful young couple who run the hotel, restaurant and farm. The restaurant attached to the hotel is outstanding. They raise thier own cows, so the beef is frsh and excellent. Marlies both checked us into the hotel (modern, small, nice breakfast) and was our waitress at the restaurant.She combined personal service and professionalism to a perfect degree. You know when you come home after a vacation and you have an anecdote about someone special you met...Marlies is our anecdote.The steak was great with wonderful side dishes and dessert. And so convenient to charge to our room.When you go, please say "hi" to Marlies for us.

Auf soviel gutes muss auch mal was schlechtes folgen. Wollten am 29 Juli schön Essen gehen und wurden bitter böse enttäuscht, der Service war sehr unfreundlich und überfordert. und dass Essen echt ein absoluter Reinfall vielleicht war ja der Praktikant am Herd Rumpsteak Medium bestellt es kam komplett durch gebraten auf den Tisch, also schnell gesagt und kein Problem Sie bekommen ein neues. Dieses kam auch nur 6 min später komplett Englisch gebraten durchzogen von Sehnen und Knorpel. definitiv war das kein Rumpsteak. Keine Entschuldigung nichts den vollen Preis zahlen müssen. somit war der 25 Geburstag auch dahin Kommen nicht mehr ???????? P.s vielleicht ne zweite Bedienung einstellen dann k...

The Rinderwirt in Sigmaringendorf (on the banks of the lovely Danube upstream of Ulm) is offering hearty and wholesome rural cuisine, based on the house's own locally-bred herd of Galloway cattle.
