"A new chapter in East Westphalia! Luckily, we were able to discover the Bellini restaurant on the last evening of the “Gourmet Gang” menu. We had already been to the Sunday family brunch at the Parkhotel and were so impressed by the quality and selection of the food that we now wanted to try the Bellini. A unique experience that is unparalleled in East Westphalia. We can only agree with all the positive reviews and would be happy to come back. After one or two experiences in star gastronomy, we are happy to have this level in our homeland but not aloof but down to earth East Westphalian, with a fantastic quality of food and service."

Sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant. Wir hatten ein 4-Gänge Überraschungs-Menü, das in unserem Hotelarrangement enthalten war. Er war wirklich sehr lecker. Sehr angenehm war auch der professionelle und zuvorkommende Service, leider heute keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr.

Excellent food, great menu composition, fine wine accompaniment, very friendly and knowledgeable service, an all-round highlight. 6-course menu with a good mix of local and seasonal vegetables, meat and fish. I liked that Christinen-Brunnen water was offered instead of flown-in Pellegrino. The chef himself asked at the table about the main course. Definitely deserves a Michelin star.
