If you had to find a flaw, I would say they are a little slow, but in the end the wait is rewarded by a great dish. with an appetizer (in which there was an amazing cheese,) two first, water and white wine of the house we spent 45€ total, very honest I would say."

the sliced in the mouth. excellent cheeses. we ordered as first a carbonara, a cacio and pepper and a gricia, and it was all really good, better than in roma. the wine of the house a pleasant surprise, to try the bitter annurca apple. stop if you pass by eboli. friendly staff. cozy place.
