"very elegant place inside a complex/stabilization with a stunning view of the sea and the vesuvius. chef very prepared with excellent skills and techniques even if a bit strict not allowing to order an out menu from the swallowing menu. we have consumed the menu high tide of course to euro, excellent: Welcome, a parmigiana of the sea. the potato flan with emulsion of sea urchin and zucchini really great especially if you brought to the mouth the flan with the curly, all the sharp flavors that well got married. it surprised us in positive the cacio and pepper with tuna carpaccio, zucchini and ginger, the only defect that at the end of the dish the tuna has released a little oil that contrasted the emulsion cacio and pepper. It was the first time that we consumed the violet centerpiece, a fish never knew that existed, cooked in tempura with tomato carpaccio, an interesting discovery. fig and walnut tart with foam at yougurt, one of the best desserts we ate, worthy of a star chef. at the end of the meal the cream cooked with coconut cubes. the service is to be improved, there has been some disregard on serving to the wine and water commensali. the sommelier very prepared. Concluding, money costs well."
