"We had to check out of our Airbnb at 10, but didn't have our train out of town until 12:30. This was a great spot to spend time with a soy cappuccino, vegan croissants, and a good book. We were there maybe around 10:30, and the only vegan options left were the berry, plain, and apple raisin, I think..so if you want the chocolate or the crema, get there earlier! The berry croissants were super tasty, and we enjoyed our coffees as well."

Restaurant with different kinds of vegan croissants and plant milk. Chocolat croissants are sold out very fastly, so make sure to be there early in the morning!

This is the only Cafe we have found in Italy that served oat milk as well as soy milk. Coffees are very cheap and they had several vegan croissants. Staff are lovely.

Very nice café with lots of vegan croissants/pastries. Great for breakfast and quite a few options for lunch as well (although I didn’t try them). It’s also super affordable. View menu

Immersed for afternoon snack and had the head down pineapple cake, delicious. They had a chocolate cake and a few different flavored vegan croissants. Poke bowls with vegan options. Everything looks great. Updated by previous review on 2023-05-24

Staff was very helpful. They made uns avo-toast (which was simple but delicious), eventhough it was not on the menue. I was lucky , I got the last vegan croissant (at midday). Be sure to get there early to get one of those. Updated from previous review on 2024-05-25 View menu

We enjoyed some vegan crossaints, a very good chocolate milkshake and a n oat milk Latte Macchiato. Everything was very good! Unfortunately, the vegan chocolate crucibles were sold out at noon. You can sit inside and outside and both are very comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed this café and would be happy if we were in this area.

We enjoyed some vegan crossaints, a very good chocolate milk shake and a n oat milk latte macchiato. Everything was very good! Sadly the vegan chocolate crossaints were already sold out at midday. You can sit inside and outside and both is very comfortable and pretty. We enjoyed this cafe a lot and would gladly come back next time we are in this area.

"My husband and I took the train from Rapallo to La Spezia because we had read about andree. We are so glad that we did. We chose the three course lunch and liked that there were so many options for each course. Once we experienced the food and the perfect wine pairings, we can say that the quality/price ratio was outstanding. My husband saw beef and oysters on the menu, but since we don’t eat meat, Chef Andrea kindly prepared an extra off menu appetizer for him of three raw oysters. Our ordered appetizers were sweet succulent mussels in a velvety cauliflower cream sauce and a delicious artichoke heart with almonds and Castelmagno cheese. For our pasta course we chose the calamarta pasta with black eyed peas and rosemary and the tagliolini with clams both were delicious. For our secondi piatti my husband ordered the red mullet with broccoli, anchovies, pistachios, and a light orange sauce, while I chose today’s catch, which was amberjack wrapped in chard. We switched plates midway, and we were hard pressed to say which was better, because both were fantastic. Each of the courses was paired beautifully with lovely wines from small production vineyards. Unfortunately, we lingered too long over each course and realized after we had ordered dessert that we only had 30 minutes to catch our train back to Rapallo. They insisted that we eat dessert while they called us a cab, and while we wolfed it down (instead of savoring it the way we would have liked to), we only saw after we got back that they never charged us for dessert. Chef Andrea is an extremely talented chef and a warm and generous man who genuinely wants his diners to enjoy his food. What a pleasure it was to briefly make his acquaintance and to have the opportunity to experience this exquisite lunch."
