We had steak, but I'm impressed that mostly tapas are being eaten. Steak was well made! I found the bruschetta less and I didn't think it was worth it.

Really good both for the quality of raw material and for the cooking (low and slow) of meat. Also excellent value for money! A special mention to Bianca who recommended us in every choice and has skillfully described dishes and suggest the right combinations with wine. With the open kitchen you can see every moment of the preparation of the dish. Thanks also to the chef for explanations and passion acquired and transmitted first by the owner! We realize that it would be counterproductive for you to make known the reality of the facts. What you consider products in reality is born of deprivation, exploitation and finally death of creatures that experience pain and feelings. It is not food but living beings, whose life must be respected. Like any other sentient being. There is no compassionate way to kill someone, so no salami, no steak, no ham, no cut, no patè (from any animal species comes) will ever be ethical and devoid of cruelty.

It is not possible to give less than 5 stars. Impeccable service, fast, courteous, very interactive. I had good advice from the waiter. The fact that you can buy cold cuts is a plus not recently. Also the location is beautiful. Finally, to give the right emphasis, food and options. There is an aperitif at 23€ which includes unlimited eating (real), delicious burgers and meat is delicious. In particular I tried the lumbar Angus, incredibly good and, as wise advice from the waiter, so tasty that it should be preferred to average cuisine because the blood could be too strong. I discovered by chance through TripAdvisor that I could choose to dine, always entering the same restaurant, at the unconventional Bisteccheria. The menu consists of some dishes all exclusively of meat, of course. We took a mixed appetizer of cheese and salami and then ribs, angus fillet and another cut I didn't know. All very good, cooked perfectly and accompanied by potatoes and soncino at the three mustards. The staff is very kind and helpful, as always at the Tape, and the price I would say honest. We spent about 30 euros for counting meat, appetizers and bottle of wine, water and coffee. Really great surprise!

Not conventional in the sense that there is not just a restaurant dedicated to the grill, but it is a menu of the annexed tapas bar.
