we had the food that the waitress had recommended and not disappointed by the headdress and dessert. good place to dinner

eating here was amazing and the portions were exactly right, they leave the feeling satisfied about eating great food without swaying because they were overeating. the dessert was perhaps the most decadent I had eaten. the staff was also very friendly.

We arrived in Marseille and had no clue were to go. After a short time spend on trip advisor we arrived in this Bistro. The hosts were more then friendly and hospitaly is a code word for them. The food is amazing, nice tast, good...combination and a menu with just enough choice for everyone. The serve wine with a story and they now what they are doing. A bistro tho come back i would say. This small bistro is well worth of some walk and ride. 2 kinds of menu (21 and 33 euros). 2 to 3 choices of each dish. Fish and meat are present. From the menu it looks very classical, it comes nicely served, and the surprise...comes with first spoon! There is always something extraordinary, something surprising, some original touch! The point is that it doesn’t come from unknown ingredients, it’s simply unusual combination of taste. It’s splendid, different, well worth detour!

I traveled with a group of friends to marseille. we have eaten here last night in this beautiful harbour town. we had a three-fold meal, where we all had the choice of three. I had a starter of sautéed mushrooms, main fish with vegetables and dessert, which was a combination of chocolate and orange with orange blossom biscuit. the service was top notch and the ambiente was perfect. the psychic music that plays in the background made this perfect evening to stipendia witj friends before they say goodbye.

We were so looking forward to revisiting this Marseille classic, Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide. Made our reservation on-line using the restaurant’s own booking service. Received confirmation email from the restaurant. It comes with a big red heart to show their happiness. Took a...taxi (a whopping €80 from airport). Only to find the restaurant closed. Shutters down. How can a restaurant of this quality and supposed reputation possibly accept and confirm bookings and then not even open ? An utter disgrace. View menu

The restaurant refused to seat us even though we had a reservation. The manager( showed me my reservation on his phone but said he couldn't seat us because he had turned off the reservations on the viamichelin website during lunch, but clearly I was able...to book it. What makes it worse was the restaurant was empty inside, only the seats outside were full. We were willing to sit inside, but he said there was nothing he could do, but did not explain why. To cap it off, we had landed two hours before from an 8 hour flight and had booked this place weeks in advance. We were tired, hungry and excited to eat at this well reviewed restaurant. They were unaccommodating and unapologetic.

We had dinner here on a Wednesday night... small menu (no bad thing)... everything on it sounding rather interesting... went for burrata and sea bass starters, then scallops and pork belly mains (both mains wowed in particular)... everything arrived looking decidedly different to how we...imagined (always a sign of great restaurant)... cooking was faultless; inventive, beautifully presented, beyond tasty and good value... frankly the dishes soared above our expectations. We planned to eat the 3 courses menu price 33 €. The waitress was very friendly and two first courses came fast and without problem but after that we were forgotten. It was Saturday evening so it was of course many customers but there was...too little staff. After ½ hours waiting we desided to ask the bill without eating dessert. Suprisingly the bill was more than the menu price although we did not eat the dessert. i understand that restaurant use normal prices if you do not take the menu but this was first time when it cost more when you eat less.
