second cooking table experience! we had to watch the tasting menu with wein pairing in the location, the kitchen man it all together on a busy night is amazing

Amazing experience from start to finish! It was so interesting being inside the kitchen watching Steve Smith and his team working so hard throughout the evening. We were celebrating a big birthday for one of our party and he had a fantastic time!

six of us at the table of the cook. the food tasting menu was excellent and the wine pairing was very good. an excellent evening. you only have to pay for the bottle of water that were not included and only arrive. the optional cheese course is extra and very expensive, but the tasting menu is so good that I don't know why everyone would want to be extra. very disappointed that I was not contacted by e-mail or phone, because the Chiefs table was not available for my wife's birthday, more disappointed that our table was not even unresolved and the personal was suspicious when we showed up, even if I revoked the confirmation of our table earlier in the week. not what I expect from a restaurant of this standard.

This meal was one of the best we've ever had. We sat at the chef's table and received exceptional service from everyone. We want to thank all the staff and the head chef who, in our opinion, surpasses the standards of a Michelin star. We have dined at 2 and 3 star restaurants around the world, but this experience was truly outstanding. The food was both delicious and innovative, and it's clear that this restaurant is constantly pushing boundaries. We highly recommend it.

we have booked the kitchen table for the high-time gift of my sister. the day before contacting to say that the table had been booked twice. we had traveled from london to jersey and could therefore not choose another day. the restaurant apologised but said that they would make sure that we had a good time. when we arrived, we had to mention the mix to the restaurant, because the person who shows us on our table was not aware. that was embarrassing in itself, as it was a gift for my sister and her husband and to have to talk about the mix before her was disappointing. we were compensated with a bottle of champagne. one of us does not drink alcohol. We booked the Chef’s Table for my sister’s wedding gift. The day before we were contacted to say that the table had been double booked. We had travelled from London to Jersey for the experience and so couldn’t choose a different day. The restaurant Apologised but said that they would make sure we had a good time. When we arrived we had to mention the mix up to the restaurant as the person showing us to our table was unaware. at the end october 2022 the cooking table and I can honestly say it was the best eating ever and we have eaten in some restaurants all over the world! it was our first night in jersey and it really kicked off the holiday in style and set the ton for a great week. the kitchen table of the chef is excellent on a slightly elevated platform, with his own aircon so perfect for being in the kitchen, but not hot. there were 5 of us and we had a lot of space. the table is located directly opposite the pass so that they see all the cooking activities and the chef is more than happy to chat with them on the way and serve some of the courses themselves when there is time. we had a dedicated maitre d' w...

It was our first night in Jersey and it really kicked the holiday off in style and set the tone for a great week.
