We arrived in Chenonceaux by train from England in the afternoon and every place was closed at this time but la Maison des Paiges. What a nice place, everyting fresh, bread is crunchy, the ladies took their time to prepare the orders carefully. We were many and we had the sandwiches with cheese, salad and ham and some pastries.
