I am very pleased with my experience at Bozen! The food was delicious and authentic, truly a fusion between the hideous and Japanese cuisine. The service was fast, with employees who know the menu well and can recommend the best dishes. I chose the menu of the Midi which was very correct on the value/price ratio. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and delicious culinary experience!

To begin with, because yes there is a lot to say I would like to say that I love cooking but I find that they are really not generous enough in relation to the proportion and that their products decrease in size each time I come next, I find that the waiters are nice but they have already given me bad change and finally there is more noise in the kitchen than in the restaurant but otherwise I recommend this restaurant because it is delicious
