Comfortable seating, a relaxing atmosphere. A little bit draughty if you sit in certain areas due to a through draught

Food was good quality and staff were brilliant. The only problem we had they had run out of a few things so book early!

This was by far the worst experience during our stay in the hotel, having been there before we were very disappointed with the quality of service we received. To be avoided

Pre-prepared. Order out three minutes after we placed it, Veg out of a tin, Small portions and the cheese board is a joke. Waiter was a stand-in valet parking attendant not a clue. Breakfast a complete let-down.

I highly recommend the evening meals at this restaurant. The salmon starter was a delicious combination of textures and flavors. Just thinking about it is making my mouth water. I really enjoyed the fruit salad as well, as it allowed the natural flavors of the fruit to shine through. Often times, fruit salads are overly sweet, but not in this case. The chef definitely knows what he's doing.

The restaurant was very average. Although chilled grapefruit juice was listed on the menu, it was not available. When I asked for some, it was served warm. The buffet items were lukewarm, the sausages were overcooked, the scrambled eggs looked nothing like scrambled eggs, the pastries were limited and cold, and the toast was a DIY affair. Everything was self-service, including the cereals in boxes. The cold meats looked tired. In conclusion, the experience was not worth the money.

lovely food.. l should have asked for a spare plate and only one serving of sandwiches between me and mum mum and l had cheese and fig chutney sandwiches crisps and green salad. Dad had one of his favorite sandwiches. l had a juice and pot of tea for one.. my dad had a beer l think and mum had ginger beer. service was ok.. bit slow but totally understanding that there where a lot of people dining in on account of the rain. it was really nice to see a few of the same staff we saw on our last visit in February. l really liked the rooms and loved just sitting there looking around at the artwork etc while eating my lunch.
