Cosy and typical Bavarian brewhouse, with large local brewed beer. Food is hearty and tasteful, and most employees are quite decent to speak in English. The rooms are old-fashioned, clean and tidy. I'm coming back!

Never again. So aggressive press tip after the average service and when we say that its not obligation, but free will waitress throw a wet bowl in the middle of the table. Yes, the place is nice, but absolutely unacceptable and unrespectful. Stay away! I was before Corona, but I remember this abuse.

We went here after a loong tour around Zitadelle Spandau, perfect choice. Interior is bright and festive, some of the rooms have a glass window into brewery departments.More than half of the place was occupied or under reserve, yet we found a good spot to enjoy our meal. This is a great place to eat and drink. The Brauhaus has a wonderful atmosphere and seems to be very popular. We stayed there for 3 nights and the place was packed every night. Traditional German food and rich portions. They brew and serve their own beer, which is great by the way. They even had Beer liquor . It can be wise to book table in advance. I would recommend a table on second floor overlooking the bar.

Our trip was on a busy Saturday night. Service was OK but what put us off a bit was the constantly rotating lights and the loud music which detracted from what should have been a very nice atmosphere. There were just two types of house-brewed draft beer, with the dunkel being the more interesting. Food was the usual wurst and co; decent helpings but nothing special. To be frank it wasn't worth the fairly long trip from the other side of Berlin.

Brauhause has a selection of self-produced beer to offer and traditional berlin food that suits it well. Place is very popular among locals, but you can also find here many tourists. Menu is design to suits this place, especially different kind of beer, so do not deceive yourself – this food will not keep you fit :-)It is definitely worth to try it: light or brown beet with wurst parade or other snacks.
