Visited on Sunday Jan for Sunday lunch all we ended up eating was the meat and mash as the veg were raw the gravy looked and tasted like coloured water the roast potatoes were overdone and inedible We were not the only ones...as the couple next to us were saying the same Never again

Awesome, freshly cooked piles of tasty grub on the breakfast buffet. Sausages, bacon, eggs, lovely stuff, abundant in supply and right out of the oven. Great service, really nice lady who spoke politely to my children. Proactive, offered to heat my child’s croissant, made him...feel like a VIP. All in all, made our day. we were here for three nights in the new year family visit. the whole staff in the brew was absolutely amazing! special thanks to lizzie, zoe, paul, jack, ellie, kirsty, shay and regan they all made our stay so special. I really felt from home!. especially when booking a large table short term. the eating was before place and the service was simply amazing! can not wait to visit them all again! enjoy the chocolate shop

We stayed in the adjacent Premier Inn and decided quite late to go for a meal whilst waiting for the rest of the wedding party to arrive. Very friendly welcome from the host. We both ordered the fish and chips which was fabulous. Quick service...and hot and really really good. We booked for of us for breakfast and again welcomed warmly. Plenty of choice and the buffet was filled regularly. Hot breakfast was hot and really tasty. Staff were all lovely. We’ll definitely be back

came to the breakfast this morning for the first time. service was brilliant, everything was explained to us and nothing was too much annoyed for them. my year old young saw the play zone and wanted to play, but it was closed so that he began to cry. a nice fellow worker, I don't know how her name desires, I would have asked now! She gave my little boy a nice egg chocolate to cheat him. I had no cash, so she couldn't pay back, so very kind thanks! we will definitely come back x View menu

it was a pleasure to be next to me again at a stay. the staff is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. it was great to see zoe again, it is always a comfort that she cares about my nan and gramp on a regular basis and it is always a pleasure. to see her again. a few nights next door, while the family to see about the new year. the employees go beyond and beyond to make everyone welcome and thank you: lizzy jack, zoe, regan, eli, kirsty, shay and general manager paul and the whole team. Many thanks and look forward to seeing them all again soon, they keep the great work.

I have tried a similar dish at both the Portishead and Glastonbury locations, but there were some differences. I enjoyed the sensational vegan burger at Portishead, which was juicy with slightly melted vegan cheese, crisp lettuce, and perfectly cooked chips. There were also options for additional toppings on the burger. However, the burger at Glastonbury was smaller and less flavorful, with lukewarm chips that seemed to be reheated from old stock. The staff were friendly and welcoming at both locations, with the waitress at Portishead particularly nice and smiley. Thank you for the pleasant service.

I always had fond memories as a child from visiting. I left as an adult thinking my childhood may have been delusional. The sound of children screaming crying and swearing rung in my ears even once we left. The dirt on our pre-reserved table where...we we squashed between other families who’s children clearly didn’t know how to behave made me wish I had taken my own disinfectant. The food left a lot to desire with frozen rubbery chicken breast and frozen ribs for me and a poorly cooked mixed grill for the other half. The kids meals however were half decent. I wouldn’t recommend and infact would do quite the opposite. View menu
