What about the manager from the office? Management is there to balance and catch this. Well, probably she had more important* things to do in the office!? Since I don't think that my feedback reaches the management via the manager, I try this way and hope that someone feels responsible for this branch and is trying to get the shop on the front. Resümee: 20 minutes standing, getting a cold burger and getting to know an unintentional manager. I'm gonna have to get my food in the break next to Subway or the competitor. Since I don't believe that my feedback will reach the management via the manager , I'll try it this way and hope that someone will feel responsible for this branch and try to get the shop in shape. Summary: queued for 20 minutes, got a cold burger and met an unapologetic manager. I'll soon have to get my food during the break from Subway next door or from a competitor. By the way, understaffing is common there and I rarely feel like working there. That's not how it works!"
