"Order more often via Deliveryando or by phone. So far the food came every time (usually 30 45 minutes delivery time) and warm to hot. I was never able to get cold or fragrant food, but never order at the “main times”. Whoever does this is only guilty if it takes longer... I've always experienced the staff friendly. We ordered sweet potatoes. They forgot about them and we called them back. The send a second courier which did not bring sweet potatoes, but french fries We called again and they said they will give us a 5€ voucher which I have not received...
