"I have visited this restaurant for lunch twice, and on both occasions, my preferred dish was not available. This is unacceptable, particularly considering their already limited vegan options (most of which are junk food). I also suspect that yesterday, I was served a different sandwich than the one I ordered. However, I chose not to complain as the restaurant was very crowded and the staff appeared overwhelmed. I would like to support local businesses, but only if they put in the effort. Next time, I will opt for a vegan sausage roll from Greggs instead."

it is a great place, nice steampunk intetior, friendly service. my omelette was dry and gummy, but maybe the chef was distracted? I cost the coffee. oh good

I'm also pretty sure that yesterday I was served a completely different sandwich from the one I ordered, but I didn't complain when the place heaving and the staff were clearly fighting. I want to support independent places, but not if they don't bother. Next time I just go to Greggs for a vegan sausage roll.
