"I 'found ' this cafe/shop by Googling 'dog friendly cafe near Chipping Norton ' wow what a fab find. They were very dog friendly but also people friendly as well. I was intending to only have a coffee (before collecting my parents from nearby Heythrop Hall) but the bacon baguette looked so appealing I just had to indulge! My little dog sat quietly under the table, ignoring the other 3 or 4 dogs under other tables. Unbeknown to me subsequently quite irrelevant there is apparently some bloke who used to be on the telly has a farm shop nearby no interest to me but what a fab find was the little shop/coffee shop. I wish these 2 ladies all the very best for a successful venture and thank them for being so dog friendly."

Everything you need. Good wine selection, local ales, coffee, papers and dinner! Pizza on Saturday night was just what we needed.

We had take away pizza including a Gluten Free version (slightly smaller). They were all great with excellent dough and toppings. Thanks very much.

Went in for a late lunch on a Saturday, very friendly and accommodating. Lovely food and excellent coffee. Highly recommended. There is outside seating too.

Stumbled across this little cafe and shop looking for some breakfast on a Monday morning. Ticked all the boxes good coffee and great scrambled eggs on toast. No skimping on quantities either! Recommended View menu

This is the most charming little shop... good stock, good service and not too hard to park. In non-virus times the cafe is excellent and there is always a good range of papers at hand to accompany your morning croissant and coffee.

We visited here as we passed through whilst staying in the area. What a lovely little store which really does sell everything you need! Gorgeous and old fashioned. The staff were very friendly and polite. We stopped for coffee and bacon rolls but saw they offer pizza nights which we thought was a great idea! I only wish we had a shop like this where I lived!

This is a perfect place to have breakfast. It’s so handy if you’re staying locally but worth travelling to. We started our days here for breakfast whilst on holiday. There is a wide choice of things on the menu as well as freshly made coffees with lots of choice there also. Everything is piping hot and delicious. A little gem. There’s also a good lunch menu and you can have wine or beer too. View menu

This is a little gem in the village of Chadlington. We visited every day during our stay in the village but it’s worth travelling too also. The breakfast menu is broad and although we didn’t have lunch there was lots to choose from also. You can even have wine and beer. The breakfast was delicious. Always piping hot with options for vegans and vegetarians. Coffee was freshly made with lots of choices also. Service was friendly and efficient. This really is a great place to visit.

I dropped into Cafe de la Poste at 15:01 this afternoon on my bicycle ride. I went in and said to the lady behind the counter: I appreciate that I am too late for the lunch menu The staff member immediately responded with: Yes you are! I was about to try to say: might it be possible to have something.... when she said: I 've got a lot of drinks to serve and so I 'm not doing anything else This was said in a loud, forceful way in front of another customer. I thanked the staff member for her help and left. This is the second time I have been treated like this at Cafe de la Poste so I won 't return.
