"Hugely disappointed! I ordered a Peanut Butter Stack which I think had been sat on the shelf for weeks on end! My past experience when having a PBS has been, rich, sweet and absolutely delicious but yesterday 's experience was far from that, it was completely tasteless and it felt like I was chewing on polystyrene! Now, a PBS has always been accompanied with vanilla ice cream, when I asked the sales assistant where mine was, her reply was, we only give it if the customer asks for it . I mean, I know everyone is feeling the pinch, but please, Cafe Janan don 't deny us what we 've already paid for."

I ordered gol gappe first time for take away and all I got was gol gappa box a tub of pani with just channa and a small salad tub.. thats not how gol gappe are.. disappointed.

Service is horrendous. No one answers the phone when making an order and it takes a while f9r food orders to come through. If you have time on your hands then it's fine to eat here.

Had Samosa chaat which was really nice and fresh, just let down with an excess of yoghurt. The doodh patti was really nice, and my kids got the movenpick ice cream which was delicious. Nice interior and good food.

Been here many times, food was nice as always! Samosa chaat could do with a little less yogurt. The girl at till needs training, she was chewing gum, as she came over to the table to put down cutlery, she blew a bubble with a loud bang to it, DISGUSTING!! It kinda put me of eating there, 1st time ever i’ve seen that eating out somewhere.
