"SUCH A PITY!! I don't know what happened but something has certainly changed over the years and most likely the management has changed! First it was a historic café from times gone by, always fresh food and cakes, delicious tea and chocolate, a warm and enveloping atmosphere... A gianduia cake so good that it was worth coming back again and again! Now however.... TERRIBLE and DIRTY are the most appropriate words to define this café: dirty floor with pieces of food and sugar sachets everywhere, tables that are not cleaned between one service and another, dried sandwiches and croissants on the trays at the entrance, cakes without character which are certainly no longer made in an artisanal way as before. TREMENDOUS SERVICE: the waitress puts the dirty cups and plates on the tables, I saw her with my own eyes take a dirty teaspoon and scratch it with her nail to clean it instead of changing it. She put dirty menus on my table without cleaning them and I had to ask her to change the cup even though it was visibly dirty! I will definitely never go there again and I absolutely do not recommend anyone to go there for the dirt! However, it's a real shame that the owner lets things go this way!"
