"This is the only restaurant in Sahorra and does rely on tourists as well as local people. We had a nice walk along the river from our Gita which was good but when we arrived the owner told us she was on the winter menu...and only had main dish which was Veal or the other option of pizza . I was looking forward to a traditional French meal not pizza and for lots of reason I would not eat veal . I was very disappointed but it is the only place to eat so I had to choose the pizza cheeses which was delicious . My partner had the veal which was in a casserole type dish with mash potatoes I did taste it and it was it was also delicious . I under stand the reasoning around the limiting the dishes but this in turn limits people going as we will not go back there this week . We were planing pizza one night from there but as I have had one now we will rethink that . The food was good , owner very friendly , atmosphere nice but need to offer another dish nothing to complicated just choice ."

Food was prepared and ready when we arrived and standard exceptional as well as variety. Can discuss with owner your preference if arranging large booking.

We have been here a few times and we have always enjoyed the food and welcoming atmosphere. The owners seem to always be on duty. They are determined to make sure that their customers are well looked after. The menu is extensive and there is...also the option of ordering pizza to take away. Great spot.

We went to this bistro as it was the only eating place in the village. The Menu was three courses with little choice. But all the food was well chosen, imaginative, well presented and very well cooked. And not expensive. The new owners deserve to...do well. I could imagine people driving to here for a meal.

New owners have improved the choice, for example the gourmet duck platter is well worth a try. Also wide range of pizza for those wanting a simple meal. House wine inexpensive and drinkable! Vegetarian meals are available and for example, can customise pizza. If in...larger group, probably worth booking in advance.

We arrived without a booking. The hostess with extremely gracious, looking after us fabulously well, even though the restaurant was busy. We ordered pizzas which were huge, well-cooked and delicious. For dessert we had lemon gelato, which was equally memorably good to eat. Absolutely top...marks for great, friendly service and good value fare.

Had a pleasant meal here and were the only diners. I had fish with potato dippers',wasn't sure what these were when reading the menu, but they were really tasty, a great alternative to chips. A sort of home made, thick, curling, shaving of potato, deep...fried and really crispy. Service was friendly and efficient. The house wine was very good too. Has an extensive range of ice cream flavours which were also good. Only down side was that the crust of one half of my husband's pizza was burnt black, totally charred. Otherwise, somewhere we would return to.

After a family day out while holidaying in the area, we came across this restaurant, which was serving later than some other local places. We were pleasantly surprised by the menu choices, ambiance and good value for money. The vegetarian in our party was well...catered for and there was a significantly wider choice of pizzas than you might find elsewhere. There were other things on the menu, but we just wanted something simple. I think the pizzas may have been cooked in a brick oven they were certainly very tasty and the varied toppings were extremely generous. The desserts were very good, and the cafe gourmand is definitely to be recommended.
