"Ein einfaches Restaurant im herrlichen Wolfachtal in Bad Rippoldsau. Parkplätze direkt neben dem Lokal sind in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Bei Schönwetter lädt auch eine Terrasse zum Verweilen ein. Im Innern findet man einen rustikalen Gastraum und ein Speisezimmer. Letzteres ist mit Teppichboden ausgelegt! Zusätzlich zur Standardkarte werden Sonderaktionswochen (z.B. Griechisch angeboten. Die Bedienung war freundlich und erledigte unsere Wünsche so schnell sie konnte. Aus der Karte wählten wir 1x Rumpsteak mit Kräuerbutter, Pommes und Salat vom Buffet (15,90€ sowie 1x Olympteller (Bifteki, Gyros Suflaki mit Tomatenreis und Salat aus der Küche (13,90€ . Leider kennt man in der Küche anscheinend keine Gewürze. Die Gerichte kamen nach längerer Zubereitungszeit waren aber allesamt geschmacksneutral ! Meine Gattin war von der Frische der angebotenen Salate am Buffet nicht wirklich überzeugt! Ihr Rumpsteak war medium, wie gewünscht, aber auch ohne richtige Würze. Bei meinem griechischen Gericht war ebenfalls fast keine Würze; das Gyros war gebratenes Schweinegeschnetzeltes, das Suflaki bestand aus vier Stückchen Gulaschfleich am Spiess dunkel gebraten/Gegrillt! Gut gekühlt, der Ouzo, als Zugabe zum griechischen Gericht ."

Wir waren mit 2 Kleinkindern und einem Baby dort essen. Der Brei für unsere Kleine wurde erwärmt und die zwei größeren tobten sich während der Wartezeit im Kinderspielbereich aus. Das Essen war super und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Können es gerade mit Kindern sehr empfehlen!
