"Breakfast in our hotel served from this airy and light space. Pretty basic, but mostly fresh array of offerings. Croissants and choc croissants, day old baguette, ham and 1 x type of (Swiss) cheese. No prosciutto or Parma ham. 2 x juices, no sparkling water, get yourself coffee and tea.Yoghurt and also OJ were definitely watered down on the second day. Good berry compote. Hot water for teapot only available from the coffee machine, which took 8 presses and more than 3mins to fill the small teapot. Painful.E15 per head is about right. However E10 for each of our 3yo and 4yo was wrong. Absolutely no price indicator anywhere. So rude when queried, simply walked off, with the words "it's on our website". He knew it was wrong too. It's the light and space that carries this otherwise ode to mediocrity. Oh, and there's nothing much else around."

Food okay but nothing to write home about, especially at the prices they charge. Much better places to eat within a short distance.

Part of the Royal Antibes Hotel complex. Very accommodating for our children's tastes and pleasant surroundings - well stocked bar too!

Great hotel and nice spot for a casual lunch if you do not want to go to their beach restaurant. It's a lovely casual open terrace with a great view of the beach front

Situated on the sea front set back from the esplanade an a popular place to stop for is excellent breakfast served until 1030 daily or just a coffee. Lunch an supper are also very good and the staff work hard to ensure everything is prepared to your liking. A very nice place to while away an hour or two.

During our holiday in Antibes we went here sereval times for drinks and also had dinner here two times. The food is really delicious and the people are really friendly. Perfect to have a relaxed evening without stress. You can take your time here and enjoy the weather and environment. Thank you Sebastien, Stephane, Claire and the kitchen crew! View menu

The food is absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. Fresh food and generous portions. We especially enjoyed the special bar drinks and the friendly staff and great service. The restaurant has great location close to the heart of town with a nice sea view. It's also been great for our kids they love the nice pasta dishes and the best steak haches. We will always be back! Kat and Yves

The kids loved it - best pasta dish and best steak hache they'd had. The orchiette were homemade and fresh with an excellent sauce. Veal escalope was very large and delicious. Gambas skewers elevated with candied ginger. All good, nice little complimentary starter too. It's an expensive place but if you choose carefully and go for kids menu options (for the kids obviously!), it's not eye-watering. Still, you are paying for it being part of a hotel and also the location overlooking the waterfront.

"In this location, surrounded as it is with large restaurants spilling out onto the pavement with their me-too menus of les pizzas and pâtes and overly familiar sounding meals, it is most unexpected to find a bespoke and personal restaurant offering a fine selection of dishes cooked with care. The menu, described appropriately as the 'carte du moment' presents a mercifully small number of seasonal and therefore changing entrées, plats and desserts. However, it is still hard to choose. Each one is enticing, interesting and original with the promise of flavours, combinations of ingredients and textures, without tricks and unnecessary embellishment. For a large number, a selection of all the entrées as share dishes makes a lot of sense. Everyone gets a taste of something and the difficulty of having to choose is avoided. For the plats, a single selection is best with pork, duck, tuna and salmon along with risotto as options on the night we were there. A fine burger also available is perhaps a concession to the location and, actually, a very fine dish. Four desserts are offered with each one tempting and beautifully prepared. Another selection for the table is highly recommended. The wine list is adequate and the ambiance works for lone dining as well as for a larger and more raucous group. The service is smiling and efficient as well as courteous. This is a place to make a favourite. The risk to this reviewer is that it will become deservedly highly popular and impossible for last minute bookings."
