Dreadful service and average food. Such a beautiful location that the rest was a big disappointment. Really really bad service. None of the staff could care less about our dining experience, but we spent 100 euros there. Will never be there again. View menu

I really do not recommend. We arrived for a drink but already we felt that we were disturbing, there waitress placed us on the side of the road when there was room everywhere. We order a beer and I ask for an orange juice and there waitress again in an unfriendly tone tells me that there is no orange juice but that I decide to take water at 5 €.. yes yes. Didn’t read reviews before came and glad we didn’t. Staff helpful when booking table and had set out a table for 7 for us. Hygiene rules followed, masks and hand gel. No menus again for hygiene reasons we photographed and shared round. Had starters...of chicken croquettes and calamari, both Lovely and crisp and fresh. Main course paella extremely generous and flavoursome. Poussin chicken little disappointing as v small but nice flavour. came with chips as did lamb chops. Needed to have ordered some salad. I ate here today with two friends. We ordered steak, the lamb chops and a goat cheese salad with an extra portion of fries to share. The steak was just a steak on a platter, nothing to accompany it, no veg, nothing! The lamb dogs... exactly the same, thank goodness we had ordered more fries. The steak was cooked as if raw. The lamb hounds were no more than a mouthful of meat apiece. The salad seemed ok. €70 bill is disgraceful for what was presented. Who puts steak on a menu or lamb aprons and sends it off with nothing to accompany it? This is by far the worst place I have ever visited.The staff were unsmiling slow to serve, no welcome. One actually went and sat on seat at the front and was on her phone for 10 mins with orders waiting to be taken. They wandered...around with no interest in customers. My food had not been cooked properly . Fish chunks still half frozen. There was no rush to sort this out. Was told it was cooked the correct way. It was inedible and also called the house special, god help us. Was after a long delay offered a replacement. I went for a cheese and tomato pizza. Came to this place on our visit to Valdemossa as most of the cafes and restaurants were just with snacks or drinks. And we needed regular lunch. Of course we read comments on google about this restaurant and they were terrible. But we decided to eat there anyway. We asked waiter Is this paella for two as written or just for one. Because paella was written for two people and it costs 16 euros. He said yes, for two people so we ordered a paella. Paella was big and waiter put it on two plates. Taste was not good, sooo salty and there was no meat in shrimp and crab. Only cuts of beef were ok. They ended up giving us double the price 38 euros for a paella.
