"The Service was terrible , we are wanting a table but the whole time the service kept ignoring us . We waited about 20 in the front line for a table but again the Hostess lady kept walking away from us and ignoring our questions. First restaurant in Italy where I had a bad experience , It is highly recommended by tourists but I don’t see why. If you are a people person and want good customer service anywhere you go , don’t com me here."

Outside the room is nothing exceptional but once the quality of the kitchen is seated it is a mistress. Home cooking with excellent quality local products. Beautiful terrace good also service

This was a wonderful place for lunch! The view was beautiful, the food was DELICIOUS (get the Ravioli best thing I have tasted in YEARS), and the staff was so kind and friendly. I will definitely be back when I come to Castiglione del Lago. Please don't miss this place.
