"Very interesting offer. They have small menus that combine the best of their dishes. We tried the menu tartine (18,90€, consisting of a starter, a main course and a dessert As a starter within this menu, we ordered the salad lyonnaise: this is a green salad, with fried egg, grilled bacon and beets. As the main course we could choose from their selection of " tartines", a French version of pizza made bread. We chose the « flame chef », which has some mozzarella, grilled bacon, oignons and cream on it. Great. As a dessert, we chose their (wide selection of French cheeses). Perfectly perfect!"

"A coffee that quickly became my number 1. The barista offers you drinks, ranging from the most classic to her signature drinks. The care she takes in each order is there. You can order the drink of the month, which is always a sure bet, Estelle puts a point of honor in their design. The products are good, the work is well done, the atmosphere is friendly, gentle, a place like a hug. There is an adorable terrace, ideal when the weather is nice and the interior with a wall of drawings, wicker chairs coupled with super comfortable cushions! (We would almost stay there to fall asleep). You will also find a wall of board games there, my joy. The barista offers a panel of workshops during the month, board game evenings, reading workshops (these two are renewed every month) or even card drawing, creation of paper sculptures and flower crowns. She puts her heart into offering us workshops, each one more interesting than the other. This punctuates our weeks, allowing us to meet people by combining discovery and shared passions. These are precious times that recharge. In a word I could have said that: a rejuvenating coffee in its entirety. A barista who gives her energy to the place and it shows. In my eyes, stellacafé makes the city of Valencia unique. It strikes a good balance between the activities offered, quality drinks/meals and prices. Leaving us with lasting memories. "For years we have been going to the Crescendo de Salaise but each time we fall on recruiting staff who do not want to work. To believe that the smile is optional and the signs of absen politeness. And it feels in the kitchen, sometimes neglected without flavor sometimes hyper salty! It’s a shame because there’s potential and sometimes we fall on friendly and kind staff! I think the manager should observe a little more the work of his employees to bring back the quality of the service."

"We had dinner at l'Etable as a last resort on the strangest Thursday evening when all our other options turned out to be closed. The restaurant offers mainly grilled beef and some specialties from Savoie. When entering the dining room you are first caught by the strong smell of burnt wood and grilled meat. The smoky atmosphere is noticeable. The staff were very friendly. The food was average without being memorable. We went for half a bottle of Saint-Joseph from 2015 at 18€. It was poured in our glasses without us being given the opportunity to taste it first. The wine was not corked fortunately but much too young, tannic and acidic. We were expecting much more from a local wine from this well known region. Overall a decent restaurant. However you can do much better in this area..."
