friendly staff, ask for vegan options and they will help them. our waitress also told us to be veggie, so she knew very well how she can help us. we called in advance and asked if a vegan option is available and made us a special menu with pasta, pumpkin and fresh mushrooms. very delicious!

We recently stayed at the AMERON Hotel and had breakfast at CANTINETTA. We were very impressed with the safety measures in place during the pandemic. The restaurant was very clean and had a great hygiene protocol. The breakfast was delicious and we were thoroughly impressed. I made a reservation for two people two weeks in advance, but later some more friends joined us and we were able to easily accommodate a table for five. We arrived at the restaurant on Friday night at 7:00 pm and were warmly greeted and escorted to our table. The menu was promptly presented to us and we quickly found some delicious options to order. The appetizers were all fantastic and the main dish, a perfectly cooked piece of meat, was exceptionally good. We were told that the meat had been cooked for 60 hours, which explained its incredible taste and tenderness.
