The service is not what one would expect at a restaurant of this level (e.g. having to ask for wine list or water refill). Retaining qualified staff is challenging but the top restaurants manage that. Glass all around and close tables make for a loud and crowded environment but ambiance is clearly not a priority. If you only go for the food and not the experience it’s fine."

Very poor “On arrival greeting” we eat here a lot and the regular receptionist was on vacation. The acting manager fell well below acceptable standards. Almost hostile. Without him the meal would have been far more enjoyable, as it usually is.

We tried a variety of dishes from the menu and everything was excellent. The Dover Sole and Ribeye were standout dishes. The Black Forest dessert was absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch and the best we've experienced in London in quite some time.

The service and food at this restaurant were excellent. The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The Beef Wellington, which is a popular dish at this establishment, was definitely a highlight of our visit. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
