Chicken old and very dry, cold garlic bread and soggy chips. A far cry from the quality of the food served inside the restaurant. Disappointing.

Very disappointing! Got a takeaway from Capri tonight. Both of us got pasta and it was absolutely tasteless. We ended up throwing it in the bin.

The food was ok is the best I can say. Garlic bread burnt tasteless. Beef stroganoff the pasta massively over cooked so it was soggy the sauce didn’t have much flavour. My friends ordered pizza weren’t impressed. View menu

Waited 30minutes for drinks to arrive most of the staff need training in customer service what ever meal you had was the same sauce one of the party ordered sirloin steak and chips the steak looked like a burger and the chips were warmed up...

Poor service, food cold when delivered via home delivery. Wont order again. We have odered over several years, called to leave feedback and compained , poor customer service dealing with the complaint. Used to be great food and a great service has become very complacent

Undercooked raw food. Sent back to the kitchen and food was returned still raw and inedible. There is no excuse for this and there is the potential to make someone very poorly. Dessert menus thrown on the table then removed? No asking if we wanted anything. Drinks ordered that didn’t arrive. So this place has a problem in both the kitchen and front of house. View menu

Had a meal tonight with the wife and my youngest son (19).Wife Ordered scallops, not prepared as expected and not as described when it came out. I ordered tagliatelle with lobster and chilli on bed of asparagus but mine wasn’t as I expected either. The bed of asparagus was just a few strands cut up into small cubes! Not well layed out either. Cheap attempt at a decent looking menu! Shame! Order came to £120 and wasn’t anything near that value!Prices seem inflated due to impact of Covid. All I will say is I will try other places before I come back here!

We visited for the wife’s birthday,booked a table for 2 no need really not busy,wife had a pancake with mushrooms and chicken and a sauce to start with I had king prawns with salad the wife liked hers but mine was very dry no sauce prawns a little over done. The bread they serve is lovely and free on the table,for mains wife had beef stroganoff tagliatelle I had Calzone pizza the wife’s stroganoff was ok could of done with more beef,my calzone was just ok nothing special all the meat and cheese was stuck in the middle so empty on the sides. I was disappointed there was no mussels.there is service charge added but not compulsory not really worth the £60 I paid sorry just being honest.

We booked a table for a birthday celebration and it was such a disappointment. We were a large party of 14, and we arrived earlier than our table booking to have a drink in the bar area before dining. When our Booking time arrived, we informed the staff that we were here, we were told there was no rush as the table was ours for the whole evening. When we asked to be seated, we were told our table was not ready and we were kept in the bar area a further 40 mins until we were taken to our table.
