We found this restaurant by chance during a stop in Cosenza; the owner is a highly competent and kind person. I have tasted many times the countless qualities of meat that Carneficina proposes, not to mention my beloved truffle cut to the knife. This time I opted for takeaway, taking fried silane potatoes and sandwiches: a Lello (Brazilian calf, valdostana fondue and black chicken truffle) and a Gennarino (peace of Piennolo's datterini, burgers of Scottona, crunchy of parme ham and silano cacio)...really exceptional and tasty.
