One of the best restaurants in Cosenza. Excellent cuisine, perfect service, ideal location and enveloping the atmosphere. For me a guarantee. I'll come back as always.

Pleasant atmosphere, high food quality and attentive and fast service. Suggested 3-course tasting by the chef based on seasonal availability (accompanying photos of fish dishes). Wide wine list. Nice experience, to remake!

Restaurant in very center, we took a first and a glass of wine to head and we paid 60€ in two. Too much for what we ate and drink, although I admit that the quality of the ingredients was good. Young local, born 4 years ago. Sophistication in details but also a hint of authentic, healthy, friendly staff. Offer of high level, superb spaghetti, perfect steak and excellent risotto. Clutch of squid a little small and presented so, in relation to the local standards: it should be improved both in quantity and in the presentation. Price complies with the high standards proposed.

We took advantage of the half-price promotion to have lunch in this bistro, located in the center of Cosenza. Pretty and elegant atmosphere, very beautiful walls with exposed bottles. Cute and prepared maitres, as well as the room staff. We ordered a selection of cheeses and salami €28, a carbonara 2.0 with truffle of the Pollino €18, pastries with burrata and raw €18 and picanha as according to €25. Excellent Rosé wine from Provence that suggested the maize. We did good.

Location: sober and elegant, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Paper: short but full of special culinary specialties. Excellent raw material, you can taste the particular structure of the raw material enriched by a wise CBT technique and a high knowledge of the extractive and organoleptic properties.
