Had a great evening with family from down south. Really friendly staff. Particularly Owen, Ross and Ellie. Great service. Would definitely come back again.

With Hotel. Food is good quality and service was nice enough. However, seems like a mixture of bar and table service which leads to the staff not being very responsive.

one of the best places for Sunday dinner. sat with naked. the black was amazing and the cracked even better. and as for the deep-fried flower cabbage. delicious. service was friendly. we will be back in every case

had the smoker plate, was absolutely beautiful and there was enough for 2 of us. the staff was courteous and friendly, with view of other people dishes they get a good size portion for the cost so definitely worth money.

We went for Sunday lunch and waited a good 5 minutes before someone took our drink orders, even though there were 3 staff members doing nothing. We both ordered the beef and it was delicious, but the service was a bit slow.

Booked for 1pm,Lovely afternoon tea made even better with the service from the young lad behind the bar, unfortunately can't remember his name but he asked several times if we were ok or if we needed anything, definitely recommend it.

visited the restaurant that is part of the george washington hotel. food was excellent we had steaks from the grill, which were perfectly cooked, and finished with the cheese plate. location is great and robyn the waitress was so helpful, polite and very polite, she was a credit to the place.

The service at this restaurant was excellent during my business event. The food was served at the highest standard and was top-notch. Alex, Ross, and Hope were exceptional in their roles and efficiently met all our requirements with professionalism. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be booking again in the future!

During our visit to see family in the area, we dined at Carter Fitch three times for dinner and drinks. The food was exceptional, particularly the delicious cheese board which paired perfectly with a bottle of wine. The handmade pizza was also fantastic. They offer a good variety of wines as well. The staff were all very friendly, with special thanks to Matthew who provided great service on our visits. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant.
