They should be crispy and stiff and lace. Not everyone knows how to fry the little fish. and that which has a good jaen oil. the pink on the plate if it was well made. We also asked cooked shrimps that were good and very fresh but they were totally soda. surely the typical products of jaen will prepare them perfectente (we do not ask them) but the fried fish have to learn to do it. price well. attention of the bartender very well."
