old hotel but in wonderful location very kind staff . I will return. spacious and clean rooms as well as quiet.

Very bad service. Receptionist respond badly and closes at 20.00. They kept our documents, at 7.30 we could not do check out, neither at 10.30- they told us come back at 13( no one was there again) just to tell us they did not do a Receipt.. we could not leave the area because they kept the documents till 13.30!!!! Avoid this trash Hotel!

The wait staff and management at this restaurant is very welcoming and tries very hard to bridge language gaps. We were treated kindly and well. Upon being greeted and seated, you feel as though this could become your home-away-from home for dinner and drinks. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality of the food. We enjoyed the pizza on several nights, and the pasta dishes and Caprese are very good. The atmosphere is unpretentious, there are lots of tables, and there is a large free parking lot. Overall the structure is perfect but compared to the potential that might have there are still several gaps on the service that is bad. First of all the staff of the breakfast speaks little and bad in Italian and until proven otherwise we are in Italy. the staff at the reception does not give information on the area even to pray and for pure case we have discovered to have passes for public transport because when we arrived he had not informed us. He never made us a smile, difficulty communicating and transmitting enthusiasm for the area. Maybe she needed vacations, too, this is the only explanation I give.

Awful! Never again. Unfriendly staff, organisation and communication between departments inexistant. After a hard day under the storm, arrived “just”in time, just before 20h but for the receptionist was not good enough and start treating us like bad kids in a kindergarten( group of 15 bikers). Spoken to Badly, treated badly, served badly… do not recommend at all. I am aware that we all have a bad day sometimes, that does not excuse the attitude of the staff towards the clients, inadmissible! The ONLY nice thing about this place it’s the welcome rug at the entrance, obviously, after the rug… it’s another story….

Really scenographic venue, amid snow filled slopes between the Latemar and Rosengarten massifs, the restaurant is on the base floor of a beautiful Hotel, stone walls and red and white wooden shutters in Asburgic Fashion. As for the interiors, the place has a beautiful dining hall with a stove, mountain paraphernalia, and the whole romantic mountain package..... but they also have a bigger hall that is more modern and, although nice, much more common. They sat us on this side of the restaurant, and It hurt. As for the service, it was nice that the kids were allowed to play in the hotel playground indoors, and the starters/kid menu came fairly early, but we were left unattended for most of the...
