Excellent salad, sardines and paella. Coming back to Alicante just to eat here again. Lovely people highly recommended

We ate in this restaurant when we were in Alicante in April. Staff were really friendly and the tapas was great. Will definitely return if we come back to Alicante.

Siento decir que la amabilidad del camarero no justifica ni la calidad ni la cantidad de los platos. Se comía bien antes pero ahora es congelado y no del mejor. Los vinos no hay donde elegir y son caros.

Excellent effort from this little traditional restaurant, not on the main strip , but why eat on there , if you want nice traditional food cooked fresh and the owner’s are there serving you , can’t get better, we had gorgeous starters, and a paella main , very nice , lovely wine and no wannabes !

We liked the food here although found some of it very oily (particularly the accompanying vegetables). We ordered a particular bottle of wine and ended up being served one which was more expensive. Not sure if this was a mistake but it bumped the bill up by more than we expected. The restaurant was chilly as the main door was left open. Service was friendly if a little confused at times.

We went with my girlfriend to eat, and we liked a lot. My girlfriend had garlic prawns and I had a dorada. Although the garlic prawns were maybe a slightly small portion, the taste was superb. My dorada was perfect, and the portion was big. The sangria also tasted very good, and as a treat we got even a small limoncello with the bill. The service was so friendly, and also in good english. Strong recommendation!

Our first day in Alicante and we were tired after late flight and wanted a nice meal and an early night. We stood outside reading the menu when Bruno said hello and we explained we couldnt read spanish and were not big fish eaters. Bruno said no problem and invited us inside. We ordered drinks and had some lovely warm bread with dips. After discussion with Bruno we decided on chicken paella. He said would we mind waiting a while as its cooked fresh from scratch and we said not at all. Well it was worth the wait it was superb. Thank You Bruno and all the staff.
