"The restaurant not only delayed our order by just 5 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered, but it also arrived cold. To make matters worse, the driver attempted to cheat us out of our change. Even after we managed to get the £5 change we were owed, when we asked for the remaining £2, he dismissed it by saying, "but it's only £2!" Additionally, some of our food was missing - our spicy nachos never arrived. When we tried to contact the restaurant, they appeared to be closed and we received no further communication from them or the driver. We were left feeling disgusted by the whole experience."

I had the Peri Burger from here. Got to say best burger Ive had in a long time. Nice side of Chips to go with it. Nice clean Halal venue. Recommended.

Ordered food still no sign to hours later didn’t bring food and took money of card phoned shop and they put phone down , can’t belive it have go through bank to get money back View menu

I ordered from Chunky Chicken tonight, and I've had it many times before. It never disappoints me. The flame-grilled peri chicken wrap was delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly. I definitely recommend it! A must-try.

We recently ordered three servings of cookie dough and were disappointed to find that it did not taste like traditional cookie dough at all. In fact, it resembled the texture and flavor of a burnt cake. We do not recommend purchasing the cookie dough from this establishment.

I ordered from here about 2 weeks ago and complained to deliveroo but noting was done. I believe 100x what they served me wasn 't chicken and if It was chicken there was something seriously wrong with it, salad was brown, 'chicken ' was dark and rubbery and chips were cold. worst meal ive ever ordered and eaten. never every again order from chunky chicken.

"As everything shuts early on Sunday nights (same for Mondays) we came for an early dinner. I hadn’t had lunch too long ago so I decided to have two sides, the shrimp and cheese dippers. My partner had a bbq stack burger with chips. The shrimp and cheese dippers were nice and I liked the sauces. They didn’t have milkshakes and we wanted a sundae but they were out of ice cream which was disappointing. It was quite pricey but maybe other places are cheap. "It was the most bizarre experience dining here. First when we arrived in the restaurant, our group set up was that there was someone on each end who was sitting facing an empty chair on the other side of the table. Upon enquiry we understood it was a covid measure, however never had any other restaurants requesting such seating arrangements in the past 20 months. We ordered two split pots, a non-spicy broth for one side of the pot and a spicy broth for the other side. The staff came to confirm that we wanted spicy/non-spicy in each pot. Yes, we said. To our shock when the pots came, one pot was spicy/spicy on both side, and the other was non-spicy/non-spicy on both sides. This was after the staff had came by to confirm that we wanted a spicy/non-spicy set-up, and in the usual situation a person wanting a spicy broth would not have asked for a split pot. We raised this to the staff and were clearly unhappy about it, though did not insist on having the broths changed around. What happened next made it the most awkward and uncomfortable dining experience ever. From where we were sitting, we could hear the owner reprimanding the staff for the error, throughout our meal. We understand mistakes occur and if the owner was unhappy about the mistake and genuinely wanted to apologise, taking the initiative to change the broth to the right setup, or a complimentary drink or dish would have gone a long way. But no, he chose to reprimand the staff within our hearing for the whole dinner (which didn't help the situation one bit and made the experience worse! . We felt sorry for the staff. Even with the hospitality shortage, that was a completely wrong way to help the staff improve, nor help retain them in the long run. I don't remember anything about the food, although photos did show a good range to choose from. At the end of the meal we each received a box of hello panda, which might have helped, if not for the fact they were expired. All in all, would not recommend."
