"un piccolo bistrot nel centro storico di pollo. la camera ha tavoli all'interno (per il periodo invernale) ma soprattutto tavolini all'esterno in un piccolo giardino. il posto, all'inizio della zona pedonale e a pochi passi dalla piazzetta cittadina, è ben mantenuto e piacevole. dalla sala interna dell'esbuca nel timpano del palazzo ( adiacente alla piazza.) i piatti sono discreti ma non eccezionali. il vero problema è che ha davvero poca scelta. se si vive nella zona può andare bene, ma per quelli provenienti da altri luoghi dopo un paio di volte non si sa più cosa prendere. lo staff è cortese."

"family-run fish restaurant, nice, clean and very friendly whose interior walls were kept a little more rustic to convey the idea of the medieval fishermen's premises. the quality of the offered product is very high, only fresh local fish and fished in the day, with very goose preparations, including we tried in a couple of visits: an exquisite violet shrimp crudo, which unfortunately ends too soon, their parmigiana of zucchini and shrimp, a rich fry of squid and shrimp, the luvaro fish and the local bumgo made of lemon or the plate with a fresh taste, and perfumed, a delicious calamarata to the anchovies, and then the delicious gratinate vegetables, always local or a dish of farmer's vegetables, similar to a caponata. and to close a tart of figs and two glasses of fennel, which we discovered to acciaroli offered by the kind owners. prices are in line especially with the quality of the fish offered. a place to try and find"

"Finalmente ci siamo stati! Per due volte non ci siamo riusciti perché sempre pieno, oggi abbiamo atteso un po' e ne è valsa la pena. Abbiamo preso come antipasto un insalata di polpo, molto buona (la porzione è abbastanza da dividere in due) e poi due primi: spaghetti alle vongole (sugo bianco, senza pomodoro, ben tirato e saporito) e risotto alla pescatore (sublime! Delicato e ben farcito, al menu scrivono che ci sono ingredienti congelati. ma se non me lo avessero detto non ci avrei fatto caso). Una bottiglia di vino della casa e una focaccia. Il tutto 37 euro. Molto buono e consigliato, ma nei periodi di alta stagione e nel week end è meglio prenotare."

"Tutto perfetto: ci accoglie fuori dal locale un ragazzo gentilissimo e premuroso è lo stesso che ci serve per tutta la serata, assicurandosi con garbo e discrezione che non ci manchi nulla. Dall'antipasto al secondo un tripudio di pesce pescato in giornata e cucinato con maestria e fantasia dallo chef Antonio. Porzioni abbondanti e presentate con eleganza (anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte), tutto genuino perfino il pane fatto in casa! Generosi anche i calici dell'ottimo vino, e per finire tortino al cioccolato di produzione propria! Il conto onestissimo rispetto alla qualità e quantità di tutto ciò che abbiamo consumato, cosa aggiungere : grazie a tutto lo staff per l'esperienza vissuta, ritorneremo al più presto e intanto lo consigliamo a tutti"

"Leaving Pollica and just after Celso as you approach them town of Galdo you will find Al Sentiero, a lovely restaurant well as bed and breakfast run by the lovely Gabriella and her family. If you are thinking of enjoying some typical food of the Cilento region this is the place to go. And if you are visiting Cilento considering as a great option as it offers a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Acciaroli and you will enjoy the spectacular views and cool evenings after a hot day at the beach. The antipasto dishes include the classic pizza frittata , eggplants prepared in different ways, goats cheeses and ricotta, breaded potato croquettes, picked eggplant and olives and more. But don 't stuff yourself -as is the temptation. The homemade pasta is great. The famous dish is caveat kelly with asparagus and prawns but non fish lovers like me will enjoy the wild boar sauce that accompany the fusilli. Main courses include veal steaks, sausage, chicken or wild boar with a wide variety of vegetable dishes to accompany. I would recommend Gabriella so famous Sentiero chocolate cake for pudding and if not the cannoli. All the desserts are homemade. And don 't leave empty handed. The produce their own goats cheese, honey and jams, all of which can be enjoyed of course at breakfast for those staying over. Would recommend this place! Enjoy!"
