"We stopped in Bomarzo to visit the Park of the Monsters, or “Parco dei Mostri.” When it was time for lunch, after consulting with the locals, our driver suggested Piccolo Mondo, a family-run ristorante. Great suggestion. It was a beautiful day so we opted for the patio. The setting was gorgeous with a beautiful view of the gardens. The restaurant was busy but not crowded. The menu was varied with plenty of home-grown items. We ordered salads and pastas and simple table wines and everything was delicious. In the middle of the meal, Papa came over to show off the porcini mushrooms he 'd just picked. At the end of the meal, we were so full we had to pass on some tempting desserts, but the waiter insisted we have some cookies Nonna had just baked. We couldn 't resist, they too were delicious, and they weren 't really cookies as we might think of them. I 'd call them rugalech (if you don 't know the term, look it up) and they were wonderful. To say we ate quite well would be an understatement. And when it was time to take care of the check, there was a pleasant surprise: it was really reasonable. By the way, turns out the restaurant is a local favorite and not at all an over-crowded tourist spot (let 's see how long that lasts). Given the opportunity, I 'd go back in a flash."

first spatial dishes, crazy. we took a mixed appetizer for two, two first (ravioli to the ragù and fettuccine pistacchio and cheek) and two seconds (old and steak from all very very very good. to welcome you find the owners very warm, smiling and nice. a climate like home. beautiful place, small but very nice. a minute drive from the monster park and the Etruscan pyramid. very recommended, surely we will return, congratulations.

I and my boyfriend planned to fly the visit to the monster park and I think that as everyone did a search for a bomarzo restaurant itself. I was impressed by the great reviews of the small world and are truthful is really a place where you eat well, well, yes, I confirm Sunday the waiting times were a little long, but when you arrive of the first dishes like them, all homemade, tasty grilled meat, never burned, fried artichokes golden potatoes in the oven (fantastic) I could choose better place, hardened by the criticisms

even more than the cuisine, genuine and tasty, made of ancient flavors and mastery that denotes love, I would like to put emphasis on the reception. We felt at home and this made everything perfect. Congratulations to those who do their job a mission and is constantly looking for that quid that makes every dish unique, every spectacular culinary experience. hours few hopes and a lot of appetite after visiting the sacred forest of bomarzo monsters. we take a beautiful garden, surrounded by nature and a cozy dining room like that of the house. at our request of being able to eat something from the late afternoon the owners were very helpful to welcome us warmly with our astonishment.
