"I was yesterday with friends I was here, it is a traveling location, departing from the inside room very fresh) and then continues outside along a alley up to a small panoramic terrace overlooking the old town and on the whole valley. we were given a table on this terrace which presents problems to eat, the tables are not on the floor so the bottles slip and sit down is uncomfortable they told us that they have the question in progress to put wooden pedanes that solve this problem, but the bureaucratic iter as we know it is long.) another problem are tables and chairs iron that despite the various umbrellas positioned when they end up under the sun they become hot contact advice. the menu covers a lot on proposals of local specialties, appetizers with meats and cheeses excellent most cheeses, accompanied by jams and slices of candied fruit are soft pasta with a very strong taste, not everyone can please, to me I liked very much.) for the first I would like to find also traditional dishes for a fraschetta carbonara, gricia, cacio and pepper, amatriciana) anyway we have taken the white curl for the second the meat is local and the price 6,50 per head) is more than honest, considering also the quality of the raw material. the price quality ratio is just maybe even low.) we have taken a cutter of meats and one of cheeses that we divided and a first to head 5 bottles of water spending 20 euros per head. we are ociti satisfied and if we return to bomarzo we will return to try the meat if in the meantime they have properly arranged the panoramic terrace.)"

"traveling from firenze direction calabria, given the hour we did a quick search on tripadvisor to find a good restaurant where to stop for lunch. we opted for this restaurant, a short distance from the motorway tollgate of attractgliano. very popular, especially from the locals, so the impact was positive. we noticed that everything revolves around a family management whose pin is a beautiful blonde who knows the job well and knows the fact of her. they felt at ease. we ate motion well, although some criticality of the service (that's why we didn't give the maximum rating) entrusted in part to a boy who probably had not entered the role he should have done. But net of some disservices, we were more than satisfied and we enjoyed the fact that there is a daily menu that, we think, is every day different. this says it long in terms of quality and freshness of the recommended courses."

"Locale ai piedi del centro storico di Bomarzo, raggiungibile a piedi con circa 15 minuti, posto al riparo di un lungo portico ad un piano rialzato rispetto alla sottostante strada principale che attraversa il paese. Dunque pur essendo i numerosi tavoli all'aperto a ridosso della strada, non né risentono granché in termini di rumore e privacy per il dislivello suddetto ed il moderato traffico locale. Internamente il locale è molto grande e dispone di numerosi tavoli, adiacente è presente una macelleria della medesima gestione ed aperta anche nell'orario di cena. Ristorante aperto solo a pranzo da lunedì a giovedì e da venerdì alla domenica anche a cena. Punti di forza l efficienza della cucina, la rapidità dei camerieri e la buona qualità del cibo. Raramente sono stato servito con tanta rapidità tra una portata e l altra. La carbonara fatta con le mezze maniche) ed il vino rosso sono ottimi, grande varietà di dolci, acqua locale in caraffa no minerale. Qualcosa di meglio mi sarei aspettato dal conto leggermente sopra le aspettative, non essendo il locale nel centro storico ma lungo una strada di scorrimento. Pagherete per un pasto completo con contorno, dolce ed una bevanda circa 30€. Sicuramente consigliato se vi capita di passare in zona."

"Per caso ho scelto il Quadrifoglio per una pausa pranzo...che dire ?? Cortesia, ottima accoglienza e disponibilità, c'è di tutto, panini, tramezzini gelati e una pizza da favola, simile alla pinsa romana. Ottimo il servizio, ambiente ampio all'interno con un bar fornitissimo e veranda esterna molto relax, bagno pulito e in ordine, disponibilità verso il mio cagnolino. Prezzo ottimo . Ci tornerò di sicuro"

Di Sacro non c'è solo il Bosco, ma il tour prosegue con il Bistrot etrusco che ci porta nella sacralità del prodotto locale di eccellenza: dal canino all'olio d'oliva alla salamiella, formaggi di capra delicati e profumati; pasta fatta in casa, porcini castagne e nocciole, dulcis in fundo tutto il profumo del Merlot locale in un bicchiere... Impeccabile e accogliente con il design moderno, il ristorante, situato all'ingresso della città, ci riporta agli antichi sapori con una delicata rivisitazione, accompagnata da un panorama da respirare ma non appetito."
