Served quickly, staff not friendly quiet at time of going lots of choice on where to sit. Toilets clean.

Can't understand why prices across Costa chain are not standard. Frinton is more expensive than at Clacton Factory Outlet????

While in Frinton stopped for a coffee before heading home. Although busy service was good. It has a nice feel about it. Will go back when in Frinton again.

Always clean and tidy in here, with friendly chatty staff. Cheese scones are divine, as is the new addition of being able to coconut milk in nearly everything!!

I do like coming to Costa in Frinton as it's local, but it really does need a refurbishment now, as the chairs in the windows are really getting tatty and are so hard and not very appealing. The coffee was good though.

Lovely Costa and premises nicer and more cozy than a lot of Costas. We had coffee and a large hot chocolate with plant milk. Also had a Grenade bar, and one of Costa’s tiffin slices which was lovely. Very friendly and hard working young staff on New Years Day just before closing immediately came to give our table a wipe whilst juggling a queue of people.

beautiful costa and space more beautiful and cozy than many costas. we had coffee and a large hot chocolate with vegetable milk. also had a granate bar, and one of the tiffin slices of the costa, which was beautiful. very friendly and hard working young staff on New Year's day shortly before closing came to give our table a whisper while he cheered a snake of men.

Came here on Saturday, there wasn't any plant based options for my daughter but I had many other options offered to me. Staff were restocking everything which was nice to see ensuring we have more food options, especially as my dauger likes the vegan ham and cheese toastie. Happy to see an efficient team that greats customers and ensures they are equated for. My drinks were very nice.

What a filthy place? Went there today 31stJanuary sat down looking forward notice some chairs with spindle backs black chairs and the back where the spindles join the chairs thick dust,I asked a passing girl server who cleans here? she said we do I said thought perhaps had a blind cleaner look at the dust. Could tell she was used to comments as said nothing walked away. Thankfully we only had a drink each. I went to the toilet disgusting paper and sanitary items on the floor water all over the floor disgrace. Will not go back there again. Plenty better in Frinton for drinks that are clean. Goodness knows who the manager is but he does not know how to manager staff that is for sure. Suprised...
