We didn't experience dining in the restaurant, as we had booked Afternoon Tea. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and the location. We would certainly consider returning at a later date.

the eating is excellent and the staff can not do enough for them, according to my opinion it is a beautiful atmosphere. the evening meal was beautiful and the breakfast is fabulous and there is a lot of choice. something for everyone.

The Sheridan Suite looked very nice and we had plenty of room. The food was fine but for the price we were left disappointed, we both thought the desserts were really poor. I also had a pot of tea and the tea leaves came out into the cup when pouring. In addition, we paid extra for the festive menu which we were unaware of when booking (online) and there is no mention on the email confirmation. The only things that were festive were cranberry sauce on the turkey, a tiny, bite size minced pie and the offer of mulled wine that neither me or my wife had. For an extra £4pp we think that's dreadful.
