"Zülpicher Straße is justifiably famous for its innumerable pubs and bars and Cubana Bar is a bar I always tend to visit if I'm on this street. A typical Cuban bar,eclectic decor and furnishings including a cool looking serving bar and plenty of seating options...spread throughout this bar, beautifully bathed in red low lighting, it's a cosy bar to unwind in. My twin brother Stephen and I got here just after Midnight on a Tuesday morning, greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of staff, we got a beer each, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just chilled out and took in the great bar we were in. Cologne is justifiably famous for its amazing range of Kölsch beers, we chose Fruh Kölsch beer on our visit, a light,hoppy and unpretentious beer bursting with taste,very easy to drink,a beer style both myself and my twin brother Stephen are particularly fond of. This is certainly a chill out bar,great music and a lovely vibe in here. We really enjoyed our beers in here and the great atmosphere so much so that we ended up staying for another beer each before we moved on and as on every other visit to Cubana Bar we had a great time. Cubana Bar is easy to locate along Zülpicher Straße. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, till Friday Saturday, till Sunday, till A great bar,one I highly recommend you visit if your in the area."

Enjoyed our drinks here, but felt they were naughty by claiming they don’t take cards. One of my photos clearly shows they do. Could this be yet another example of Cologne establishments refusing to accept foreign cards?

large lunch table, for 7,50 € you will get an appetizer, a selection of 5 or 6 main dishes and even a dessert. and everything tastes quite delicious. that's not too hard. So who wants to eat something else in the break should test this locally.

unfortunately the suppe came, and the drinks did not. I waited long after my drink. perhaps my left ale is only produced; I'm thirsty. the prices are also favorable for day menus, the prices are about 7€, but under the organization I had to suffer.

the kubna at barbarossaplatz is one of the classics when they visit it in a car. they can easily get off at the barbarossaplatz with the road. the amtosphere there is very pleasant and the cocktails convince throughout the length. there is a huge map and in summer they can sit there beautifully.

I stayed there with a friend when the Eurovision song was acting. sat outside and watched the big screen. have eaten tapas and nachos, which were very good, but best is the happy hour from 20 o'clock to 23 o'clock then all cocktails only half so cost from 3.50 to 4 euro and they taste very good. so add a good exit point to the weekend. the service was also fast and good

in the cubana there is a good selection of cocktails...the most famous one can drink here on all occasions unthinkable. Usually it is not particularly crowded (although still quite good what is going on, only crowds do not prevail so often) so you can also go with a few more people here well before annealing or sometimes quite discreetly drinking all night. the device is chosen a little cold, so it is not very cozy for long staying (and therefore better for just pre-glowing).
