Everything is quite colorful on the outside. Ambience As part of our exploration of restaurants in the Rheinisch Bergische Kreis, the restaurant was simply “dran”. Before, we called if it opened and then we went by bus. The owner sat outside the door – we were too hot. So we entered the interior. Immediately we noticed the colourful and creative equipment of the room. On the left is the counter and on the right we suspected the kitchen. We could choose a table. Cleanliness Everything was well maintained. Sanitary facilities were accessible in a flat way. Service The friendly man with Turban (maybe Dastar told us his card and made suggestions. The map(s) The map is quite extensive – and the names were known to us. 28 Chicken Biryani spicy roasted basmati rice with chicken fillets, onions, paprika almonds – 12.90 € In the seemingly small bowl were fried rice and tiny pieces of meat. The vegetables were also very small cut. The combination was very rich but flavored. With the spoon you could transport small portions to the plate. And then it turned out that the bowl was very well filled; for she did not seem to want to be empty. I had to help my wife in the end. I also agreed to the combination. 49 Tikka grilled fillets with onions of paprika in yogurt sauce – 14,90 € The meat had been marinated and seasoned with various herbs and powders. It tasted pleasant. The pieces were soft and juicy. The vegetables were coarsely cut and also slightly fried. In any case, it still had shape and had a good taste. With a lime, I could add light acid to the ingredients of choice. Here, too, there was a bowl with white rice ready. I didn't do anything in the end. There was also the thin crispy bread with three different dips: a green strong paste, a yogurt sauce that was rather neutral and slightly sour and the sharp red tune. Beverages Mineral water – 4.50 Three bottled beers were offered on a slate table: Early Kölsch and two Indian brands. The choice was quite easy: I didn't know my thing in the morning and the other two varieties. So we both ordered and tasted in parallel. Cobra – 3,50 € It is an Indian beer with 5 Alc and is sold in 330 ml bottles. It seemed to us strong in taste with fruity aromas. Kingfisher – 3,50 € It is an Indian beer. It has 4.8 Alc. and is offered in 330 ml bottles. It was refreshing and hardly bitter, so mild. In a direct comparison this day the “Kingfisher” has promised us more. Price performance ratio The dishes were freshly prepared, because the cook=owner hung in the kitchen and crumbled audibly with pans and pots. We found the prices right. Conclusion 4 likes again. We're not gonna eat there all the time, but keep an eye on the place. At the first visit, we were quite done. The 8th of us were here for a birthday. We all loved the ambience. The food was great, the service was very nice and there was even a cake at the end. We've never experienced this before. Only recommended! A really great shop!

Very tasty food and very nice service. Papadam with delicious sauces is always served in advance. The new hot sauce is particularly recommended. Unfortunately there are only limited seats, but we have always managed to get a seat. Card payment is also possible. If you can't manage the food, they'll gladly pack it up.

Went there for the first time yesterday and was almost sad that we didn't go earlier. The shop is very lovingly and comfortably furnished. The food was very tasty and the portions were large enough to fill us up. The service was attentive and friendly. We felt very comfortable and are already looking forward to our next visit there.
