"for pure laziness we decide to stay at dinner in the restaurant of this luxury farm. and we did great. sincerely I find this high-level kitchen, treated in an incredible way on the ingredients and the strongest surprise was on the dessert. So much so I asked three different staff if it was made in the kitchen. I started this dinner with a sausage parmentier that was perfectly balanced and with flavors of an incredible delicacy, all jugged with the salt perfectly. As first I took some ravines that erupted a cloud and finished with a tartelet lemon and meringue that not even from cyril lignac to parigi I have ever eaten [and I go there often]. I choked with brandy distilled by the maison who surprised me overly! to try!"

"I visit this restaurant a lot when I am in the area. It is honest and the food is very good. The pasta and the sauces are home made every day as you would expect in a good Maremma restaurant. Everyone loves the Fiorentina and I love the humble polenta with sausage sauce which is delicious. The pici or papardelle (you can choose) with wild boar sauce is also really good. Although there is no fish on the menu you can ask the chef/owner to buy and cook some for you. Just give him a day or twos notice. The spaghetti vongole are very very good indeed as is the sea food salad or any fish or shell fish you ask them to prepare for you on the grill. The price depends on what you ask for. The wine list is very wide and there are simple local wines or very expensive local wines. You can also order by the glass. The outside patio is excellent in winter when the sun shines or in the summer in the evening. Above all the service is very professional"

"We went back two nights in a row as the food ad service had been so good the first time around. I didn’t find a table for the third night and was very disappointed I had to eat elsewhere. Would recommend it every day! Unfortunately they couldn’t apply any offer due to the weekend but I was still happy to pay the price for dinner"
