small restaurant in the center of saturnia with traditional dishes and local products with some light revisitation. excellent meat, good first to review the wine card. correct prices for the quality offered.

Visited with my wife and the service could not have been better or more pleasant. My wife is a vegetarian and the waiting staff helped navigate her towards the meat free dishes. The vermentino was lovely as was the pasta and desert. Definitely recommend.

everything really perfect, service, cleaning, sympathy and especially goto. There's nothing really missed! we could taste two excellent appetizers: some bruschettes to the Tuscan hepatic paté revisited with panbrioche and cooked pears, meat cutter, diavola chicken and stracotto with purée. a plausion also to the wine recommended by the staff of the room who with clear and detailed explanations directed us for a perfect combination of food-wine. Never!

There are no words to describe this experience. Every dish is a goto explosion. staff besides being courteous is incredibly professional as it explains the dish when needed. raw materials at zero kilometer and excellent quality, the fresh truffle is grated directly at the table on the dish. the place is nice and welcoming. abundant courses and the choice of wide and varied wines. If I wanted to find a defect, I could think about a hundred years and I wouldn't find one. What if you thought you were going to the spas first, this place will change your mind. come to the sacturnia to eat from berry and wax, and you will have time to go and have a hot bath.

eating was excellent and service was great. my man had the carbonara with the cinghiale and truffle. he loves carbonara and that was the best of all time! the cinghiale was perfectly cooked, a bit crispy on the outside and simply perfect. the pasta was also perfect., the soaked up and perfect al dente only in the middle and cut truffle up! it was soou yummy! he shared a few bites, and let's just say: I can't wait to go back and have a bowl for me! I had the auberginenparmigiana. the presentation was very beautiful and centered around a smokey cheese in the center. very good. we enjoyed a beautiful wine with our meal and a beautiful view right next to the restaurant.

return to this place after a few years,and I review some evaluations. The outdoor terrace, its frescura and some limited views of the panorama, the jovial and graceful hospitality, the attentive and caring service. Excellent quality and variety of bread basket, rich and interesting wine paper, from which I selected a fresh and fragrant Sangiovese in local rose/ramato purity. This time unfortunately convinced me less the catering. The watercotta elaborated as a starter maybe could be proposed as an entrèe because you eat in a mouth. Of the combined dish with three parts of pig, I appreciated in one the peculiarity of a type of cooking, less the trinity of the sandwich with ground. In the end...
