"I have been attending this pastry-salon tea (which is actually the place of the bastille) for at least a quarter of a century. At noon, it works like a restaurant. Unfortunately, a few years ago in the afternoon, I always found the first floor room closed, and therefore the capacity to welcome is considerably reduced. In winter, the incessant va-et-coming of customers and a sliding door atroce introduce inexorable ice cold gusts into the room. cakes, pastries, pastries, chocolates and first-class drinks, and of course prices adjust. tourists zero. very nice staff. very convenient to cool down before going to the opera (the horrible bastille opera is on the other side of the square. )"

It's a little expensive, but very good and quiet. Before a cinema session in the mk2 in front of it, it's a beautiful relaxing place. I had a fantastic jasmine tea!

Very guineaty, out of price. for a Viennese coffee on site count 8 euros! The tables are almost glued to each other, and the little baffles of the radio close to your ears if you have the unfortunate to be seated cubic scores. No pleasure to be there, cold atmosphere and aggressive light. a beautiful disappointment

local: 8/10 personnel: 7.5 / 10 food: 8.5 / 10 Value: 7/10 after hearing about it we were there too. expectations were very big given the place and its reputation, but the staff it was not very friendly and finally we were served a dessert that would expire the next day (chocolate molleaux), apart from this disadvantage desserts were in the Parisian mid-range.

We came here for brunch, which was probably not the greatest idea as we were the only people in the place at 11:30, which I would have thought was a brunch hour. The food, an omelette and a slice of fois gras, was excellent and not really that expensive. The macaroons, of course, are amazing. Staff was polite and helpful, and did not sneer at our clueless American goof of showing up at the wrong time.

I picked up a couple of snowmen birthday cakes at Dalloyau for my mother's birthday, which is a few days before Christmas. The representative who helped me guided me away from certain cakes because I wasn't going to get back to the states for another few days and he suggested that they would not be too good upon my return. So, when I decided upon two cakes that were designed to look like snowmen, I was delighted by my mother's reaction. Not only did the cakes looked fabulous, but they were delicious!

This pastry shop offers high-end desserts that are a safe value to treat your guests or go to a lunch/dinner with friends or to test their specialties. They offer safe values based on chocolate and fruit (opera, etc.) and ephemeral desserts depending on the season. There, I've been tempted by a delicious cake made of biscuit, mango, coconut. The reception is always of high quality and they are very prevenient (they ask if the purchase is for a specific occasion, for example.) sometimes to make us wait we offer a macaron or chocolate. I also like macarons that are very creamy even if the flavors are more classic than in other pastry. sandwich clubs are as good as chocolates.
