Davy's St James - Menu

The dinner was exceptional, the steak was delicious, although it was a bit high in calories. Still, I highly recommend it.

This davy's used to be a really regular haunt of mine.. Hadn't been for quite a while. It is just as good as ever, food, beer, service, choice of drinks everything.

They were particularly accommodating and Davy's by far has the best atmosphere in St James! At these difficult times, it is so lovely to be welcomed to a familiar place, with superb service

Great food and a very nice crew. I am a regular and always appreciate the atmosphere. A proper gastro pub without the crazy price of the area. There is always a smile to welcome you and make you feel at home!

Dining area is away from the main bar a was quiet and pleasant. Service was good and food very acceptable. Wasn't especially expecting a great dining experience (and only ate one course) so very satsified and shall certainly go there again. View menu

The usual high standard in food, drink and service but a particularly nice venue with all sorts of nooks and crannies and a wonderful spence of space. One of my favourite Davy’s. The staff are always friendly and helpful but not hurrying those who wish to linger.

This charming, traditional establishment is a delightful spot for drinks and dining. The menu offers classic Davy's fare, including fish and chips, burgers, and sausages. The fish and chips were particularly outstanding. The wine selection is impressive, and the service, while sometimes confused, is prompt. The atmosphere is comfortable, with many private rooms available. Prices are reasonable, making this a hidden gem worth discovering.

I have been going to this wine bar for several years now, and I feel it was a mistake not to write a review sooner since it's our go-to spot for work and it had never occurred to me. However, after our Christmas party today, I must say there is something special about this place, especially when it comes to their exceptional customer service, something rare to find in central London. The staff is always attentive and accommodating, and the food never fails to impress. I must give a special shout-out to their bangers and mash, which I believe is the best in the SW1 area.
