"they did not seem to have our online booking and seemed to be distracted on the service page. the sauces with the eating were nice, but I don't like seeing mass produced chicken, as I find it tasteless, as our son had recommended the restruant."

"I had an excellent meal at this restaurant. It was one of the best curries I've ever had, and I'm definitely going back for more. The flavors in every dish were fantastic, and the service from Ronnie and his team was outstanding. I ordered both courses they recommended, and I was not disappointed! I had the chicken tikka hara masala as a starter and the lamb nihari as my main course, along with a laccha paratha that I had never tried before, which was also very good."

"Loved this place, really nice food good quality and reasonable price. Made my order on line, got a meal deal for over £30, but didn’t want 3 curries. Told them, no problem, really nice, had a glass of wine whilst waiting’ for my order I collected. Got home, guess waiting and we were item missing, called them, but the attitude of the guy who answered was shocking, he accused me of lying and said he had packed this himself, well it wasn’t and I wasn’t having this accusation. It wasn’t the fact it was 70p, or even £700, it was th the fact he was rude and started telling me about his banking issues. I’m done here, you keep the item, you’ve now lost a good customer. I won’t be spoken like this. You wasn’t busy as I was there, maybe thats why you’re losing customers, your treating them with contempt , if you need to lye to gain additional money, your not fit to trade,that’s stealing !"

"Delicious and great fun! Sunny, Monika and the team were a pleasure from day one. They went out of their way to make my stag do meal (group of 14) amazing. The service over email and phone beforehand was excellent, responding to all questions and happily catering for several very specific requests. Dietary requirements were no bother at all, they are clearly experts. The food was exquisite without a single complaint from anyone. Full of flavour, and creative without losing any authenticity. Samosas: best we’ve ever had. Generous extras were thrown in. It’s obvious their passion is making their guests feel special, and with such quality it’s no wonder they are able to offer such fantastic value for money. We’re already planning our next visit! Thank you."

"Big group of uni students, everyone paid for their food individually and made sure we had paid for everything on each table. And yet at the end of the evening the manager tells us that there is £80 unaccounted for! We challenged this and each one of us showed our bank accounts and cross-checked that the same money on the bill had been taken out of our account. After showing this, the manager quickly back tracked and that number of £80 miraculously reduced to £25! Eventually we paid this amount but there was some definite tinkering around with the total bill. Don’t eat the popadoms even when they bring them out without you asking! Each one costs £2 and the chutney pot costs £9. The waitress was rude and obnoxious and on multiple occasions she pulled away people’s food before they had even finished in an attempt to get us to leave! Truly awful service. Not sure whether they were aware that we are uni students so we are somewhat naive but this was unacceptable and frankly disgusting behaviour. Not the first time I have heard this happening at Savera! Never again…"
