"Pizza stupenda. Difficilmente capita di mangiare una pizza così buona. L’impasto era tra il tipo ‘napoletano’ cioè alto e quello Romano’ basso. Ma il punto forte è stata la qualità dell’impasto. Non posso dire quanto tempo ha lievitato ma la qualità era eccelsa. Poi i condimenti davvero molto azzeccati, ho preso la calabrese ed il contrasto con la ‘nduia ed il peperone era stupendo. Breve menzione per i supplì fatti in casa, molto buoni e fritti benissimo tanto che non erano per niente unti. Inoltre quello alla ‘nduia era di proporzioni gargantuesche! Bravo Marcello!!!"

you spend little and you eat discreetly. the soft and light pizza dough digests well. a wide choice of pizzas made by art. the chef has been awarded many times to regional, national and international competitions. I'll be back soon

large but semi-empty local with the walls covered by photos of marcello fotia pizzaiolo starto and owner could not eat pizza because made with multi-faceted pasta, including soy, fotia, soy to which I am tremendously allergic in compensation I bent on spaghetti to carbonara very good, congratulations.
